I had to send it back because of an issue that felt preventable, but the return itself was super easy. I shipped it back quickly and the refund showed up fast, so no complaints there.

The bed frame is fine, I guess, but I expected more for what I paid. I ordered a bed frame from thebedroomstore.com and overall the delivery went well. They gave me a delivery date and actually stuck to it, which I really appreciated.

The driver called ahead before arriving, and the boxes showed up in good condition. Everything was there, with no damage or missing parts, so that was a relief.
